Kiama day 3 – the cold weather.

It was warm, even hot, in the morning. We discovered a sheltered rocky beach down a steep walkway. Plans were made to gather the swimming gear and go there after lunch. But after lunch, it arrived.

A stiff, cold breeze that coldly (ahem) warned potential swimmers of the certain dangers of swimming in such inappropriate climes. Ergo, said swimming plans were hastily scuttled, and replaced with walks and drives to and around the various parks, reserves, and beaches we had not explored yet.

Despite the changes in plans, we had a great time walking around and marvelling at rock formations, long beaches, and memorials.

Thus ends the chronicle of my day.
